Idahoans’ right to self-defense is under threat.
U.S. Congress just passed a law that bribes state and local governments to enforce red flag laws – directly violating Article 1, Section 11 of the Idaho Constitution, which reads: “Nor shall any law permit the confiscation of firearms except those actually used in the commission of a felony.“
We need to make sure Idaho stands against federal overreach.
And protects citizens’ rights to keep and bear arms.
Sign the petition to prohibit Idaho governments from taking federal money for programs that violate the Idaho Constitution.
